The Colony Presents: Breathwork Network – March

Join us monthly and experience the power of our Breathwork Network.
The Colony provides the space to connect with like-minded individuals in healing practices and networking. Partnered with the Microdose Movement, we provide education on the benefits of microdosing. Each event features different speakers from doctors to healers and instructors from our local San Diego community. If you’re interested in conscious healing and meeting new people, our community welcomes you!
This month’s event will be held on Saturday, March 19. Doors open at 3:00 PM and breathwork will begin promptly at 3:33 PM, after that, we will have a Sound Healing Ceremony with Reiki before networking begins!
333 is an angel number and symbolizes encouragement in making the correct choices in life, and we feel perfectly encapsulates our intention on facilitating an event such as this!
