Experience the power of our Breathwork Network!
The Colony provides the space for like-minded individuals to connect in healing practices and networking. We partner with the Micro Dose Movement to provide education on the benefits of healing herbs and supplements. Each event features speakers, doctors, healers, and instructors from our local San Diego community. If you’re interested in healing and meeting new people, our conscious community welcomes you!
Breathwork
This month, Awakened Warrior Breathwork Academy will be facilitating our breathwork session. We will also be offering our signature Colony ice bath experience for those who want to participate!
